I have a product that I invented, have a prototype, and a non-provisional utility patent pending for a product that could possibly be in every home.it should be easy to manufacture, package and put on store shelves, the profit margin could be excellent, my problem is I am an inventor, and don't know how to get this done, any help here?

Hmm -

We're not an exact fit, but I wonder if they have the guts to follow the launch of the DiscoStick(R)? It's being developed both for the medical, personal fitness, and as a vending machine franchise model for dance clubs. We've been developing it for ~2 years and will be launching soon.

Hi,

Thanks for the great answer. I'm in a quite similar situation but without anyone I know being in the states to open the bank account.

There are two co-founders, all foreigners.

I'm thinking of using a services such as BizFilings and then open a bank account in Wells Fargo (which, as I've understood, is possible remotely as well).

Does this sound feasible to you?

Thanks & Best regards,
Antti

Hello ~ I was looking up another Hedblad (my maiden name) and came across this site. Since Hedblad is such an unusual name in the U.S., I am wondering if we are related. My father, Royhl, was born to Emil and Hilda Hedblad in Lake Norden, SD.

If you are not related, sorry to bother you! Have a great day!

Ideally your service would be more valuable when more of your network is using it, so users have a reason to keep inviting more and more of their friends. On Facebook you are 'left out' if you don't connect.

Some of these seem like straw-man arguments - of course the incumbent technology has more games. Why is that an advantage?

Also, the 2 technologies versus 1 file format advantage is reversed if you have web development experience.

As for my own straw man argument:

# OF FATWAS DECLARED BY BIG-ASS COMPANIES: 0 versus 1
