Tytus Cytowski is the founder and managing partner at Cytowski & Partners, a boutique law firm focused on emerging tech companies and venture investors. He launched his firm in 2009 with one lawyer (himself) in New York City with one client and grew his venture to a team of 10 with offices in San Francisco, NYC and Warsaw working with top entrepreneurs from around the world.
Prior to founding his own law firm, Tytus worked at a micro VC fund and as a financial service lawyer in a leading international law firm in New York City.
Tytus represents startups, entrepreneurs, accelerators and investors in technology transactions in the USA and EU. He specializes in venture capital financing, “flip” transactions (moving companies to the USA ) and M&A (exits). His clients include companies from YC, 500 startups, Techstars and top tier EU VC. He holds his law degree from Harvard Law School (LLM 05) and Warsaw University (LLB 03). Tytus is a mentor at several incubators/accelerators across the globe.
