He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in biomedical engineering and a pre-medical minor, and has gone on to pursue a number of opportunities in medical/tech/nonprofit project management, entrepreneurship, and writing.

Michael T. Snyder is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and has two law degrees from the University of Florida. He is an attorney that has worked for some of the largest and most prominent law firms in Washington D.C. and who now resides outside of Seattle, Washington.
Peeyush Jain is a managing partner of Bootup Ventures.
Peeyush Jain specializes in intellectual property licensing and providing general counsel services to clients. He has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, serving for 10 years in the role of Sr. Corporate Counsel and Deputy General Counsel at United Microelectronics Corporation (a Taiwan based semiconductor manufacturing company with a global customer base, 12,000 employees and $3 billion in annual revenues (NYSE: UMC, TSE: 2303)).
He has served as the Director of Legal Affairs at Chromatic Research, Inc. (a 100+ employee /$100 million venture backed start-up focused on multimedia microprocessors and related software solutions) managing all of the company’s legal matters as its sole attorney.
