Joe frequently represents companies in angel and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other significant business transactions. Joe represents foreign investors in U.S. businesses, provides general counsel services for companies from startup to post-public, and advises clients in Securities Exchange Act compliance and corporate governance.
Joe received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
