You have your branding. You have your messaging. You may even have your funding. But do you have a marketing calendar? Probably not.
If you’re a startup founder, you should seriously consider the new OnePlus 2. We just received our OnePlus 2, and it’s a warhorse of a phone that offers most of what the latest iPhone 6S and Samsung Galaxy phones do at a fraction of the cost, which is a blessing for every penny pinching startup founder.
First, let’s talk design. The design is excellent. The phone looks and feels like a quality product. It’s not a cheap ripoff. It’s the real thing. OnePlus knows how to design phones that look and feel great in your hand. The buttons are responsive, the materials are high quality, and it’s a real beauty to behold.
With 20 years of professional skills including sales, business development and engineering, I learned different things as an entrepreneur. But never watched the “wow” factor happening in my life.
Founder Space has a great team of mentors. They understand exactly what entrepreneurship means. People helping each other with their own experience. 30 days sounds intense for an acceleration process, but they know how to do it! I loved it.
After this process, I felt something new in my life! I saw the “wow” factor effect happening in the eyes of my audience during my pitch. It’s an incredible sensation!
Founders Space is excellent accelerator for overseas startups, and I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot of critical skills, including pitching, networking and marketing for the month-long program.
Their mentors are experts on business development, pitching, marketing, and fundraising etc. and you also can get advice 1-on-1. Even on some weekends, mentors guided us for final pitch. I appreciated their effort. Thanks to Nathan Schor, Steve Austin and Scott Gray and all other mentors.
Founders Space is a global village, and I met a lot of startup friends from all around the world. I felt the impact of different cultures from these friends. Founders Space accelerator program delivered immediate positive results for Wydly. A week after completing the program, we won first place at a pitch competition and generated good interest from potential investors and employees. Founders Space mentors helped me create a compelling story for investors, develop a firm personal belief in its feasibility and my ability to execute it, and build utmost confidence to deliver it to any crowd in any format.
The program’s main mentors – Nathan Schor, Steve Austin and Scott Gray, along with an excellent array of visiting lecturers, helped hone all aspects of the business — from marketing, to financials, to IP strategy, to pitch decks and investor presentations.
If you’re an athlete (or were one), think of these mentors as coaches — tough, willing to tell you as it is, and pushing you to your absolute limits. The end result is a stronger, more resilient and more resourceful entrepreneur, ready to tackle any and all of the challenges that may come his or her way. Excellent program! I wholeheartedly recommend it.
