Ron’s career has seen an evolution from business lawyer, investment banker and venture capitalist to a C-Level executive and advisor, bringing a wealth of experience to both early stage and mature digital media and internet technology companies.
Jay Eum
Jay Eum is a Co-founder and Managing Director of TransLink Capital. Jay is responsible for TransLink’s investments in Carbonite (NASDAQ: CARB), Chartboost, Enterprise DB, Livescribe, SoundHound, Quixey and YuMe.
Jay is also responsible for supporting TransLink’s portfolio companies with their customers and partners primarily in Korea. Most recently, Jay was the head of Samsung Ventures America.

John Giddings is the co-founder of The Silicon Valley Angels (now Tech Angel Group), which focuses on high tech seed stage opportunities and Clean Tech issues.
He also is Principal of Clean Tech Integration, a consulting practice specializing in technology, business plan and funding services for clean tech start-ups, due diligence projects for venture capitalists, and analysis on the clean tech industry for Wall Street. John recently joined the adjunct Faculty of Santa Clara University’s Graduate School of Engineering as a professor of entrepreneurship.
Inessa Obenhuber is an active Angel Investor and International investment capital professional. She is a Partner of Seraph Group, a growing global investment angel boutique fund. She also co-founded Kiventures, a company that assists U.S. and Russian companies with establishing operations and outsourcing of technology development of products in emerging markets.
Inessa Obenhuber has personally shepherded several promising ventures into the next phases of development, including PC Magazine in Russian language, AlwaysOnVacation, CFT and other startup companies, she invested in more than 23 of them. Noted for her technology inventions as well, Ms. Obenhuber has contributed to four U.S. patents over the course of her career.
Adam Levin joined Crosslink in 2012 and evaluates investment opportunities in Consumer Internet and E-Commerce. Prior to joining Crosslink, Adam was part of Meebo Inc.’s business development team primarily growing product adoption among premium media companies as well as large game and video sites.
Adam began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an Analyst in Investment Banking focused on Industrials and Business Services. He received his BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA, Management, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Vish Mishra
Vish Mishra joined Clearstone in March 2002 with over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the high tech industry including software, Internet, networking and telecommunications. He is a founder and served as a board member of Telera, a cutting edge voice web infrastructure company which was sold to Alcatel for $140 million in 2002.
Chris Gottschalk has over 8 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, operational executive and investment banker within the technology space. Prior to Blumberg, Chris worked at Menlo Ventures where he pursued investment opportunities in mobile, internet, gaming, software, and e-commerce.
Before joining Menlo Ventures, Chris served as the Director of Corporate Development & Analytics at PlayPhone. In this role he was responsible for M&A sourcing and execution, strategic partnerships, and improving operational metrics. Chris also worked as an investment banking analyst in the TMT group at Cowen and Company where he completed a number of M&A and equity transactions in the digital media and communications equipment sectors.
Deepak Javeenkumar focuses on disruptive investments in cloud computing, databases, data center infrastructure and clean energy. He is based in our Palo Alto office. Prior to joining GC, Deepak worked at Sun Microsystems and was an intern at the Yale Investments Office.
At Sun, he was deeply involved in designing some of the top 10 supercomputers in the industry and led the high performance computing practice in the Asia-Pacific region.
Leif Langensand is the Administrative Partner for The Halo Fund III Management Company and CFO for The Angels Forum Management Company. He has over twenty years experience in financial services and process improvement consulting.
Prior to joining The Angels’ Forum Management Company, Leif held numerous finance positions at Charles Schwab, including CFO for Charles Schwabs International division. Leif has also worked at Price Waterhouse (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) where he was a consultant specializing in profitability measurement and improvement for Financial Services firms.
Tom Furlong
Tom Furlong joined Granite Ventures in July 2000, after a successful career in Silicon Valley that most recently saw him as Vice President and General Counsel at Zhone Technologies, a communications equipment provider.
Prior to Zhone, Tom was a partner with the leading emerging growth company law firm of Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, where he spent 13 years counseling technology companies, venture capitalists and investment banks. His clients included Adobe, Applied Signal, Ascend Communications, Datapath, Network General, Silicon Spice, SynOptics, Vantive, and Visigenic. While at Gray Cary, Tom was also a manager of their investment partnerships and sponsored several profitable investments.
